Below is all the work done since survey: Fully rebuilt Westerbeke 30 diesel engine, like new only 26 hours of runtime.

Can give the mechanics info who rebuilt it and installed the hour meter.

The only modifications we did is update the glow plugs for reliability and installed a new custom fitted oil drip pan.

Brand new transmission.

The previous owner had pulled the trans for repairs, I just replaced it entirely with a new one.

Shift knobs and throttle from cockpit move like new without issue.

All new electrical wiring and panel.

While the engine was being rebuilt, I hired a professional marine electrician to run all new electrical throughout the ship.

All lines are new and a few cabin lights were added in addition to the TV mounted on the bulkhead.

New inverter, 2021.

Dual bilge pumps, brand new 2021.

Everyone knows a good bilge pump is crucial to any ship.

When I replaced the existing bilge, I added an extra pump directly above the standard pump as added security.

Both are in excellent working condition.

All new upholstery.

Not just cushion covers but completely new cushions and custom upholstery with rivets.

The cockpit cushions are a darker blue than the cabin cushions.

The outdoor cushions are navy and the indoor cushions are sky blue.

Everything in cockpit is brand new.

The original chainplates were leaking from the deck and had some corrosion.

Doors come off hinges for being under sail.

For sleeping and comfort with privacy, the doors can latch shut from inside the cabin and glass slides out to allow cool breeze to flow through the cabin without compromising security.

Included in sell of boat - Two stand up paddle boards, one fiberglass ($2k) and one inflatable ($1k) with oars for each.

Both in excellent condition, no leak or damage to either board. - One brand new dinghy, used only once.

My dog has recently gotten critically ill and required an emergency heart surgery.

Sure having a boat is nice but Id much rather have my dog.

This boat in similar condition is listed for nearly double in other marinas, Im only asking enough to cover my dogs surgery.

The boat is priced to move and wont last long.

What havent you done to the ship?

Ive restored nearly everything since I bought it however the projects I was working on before listing it were purely cosmetic issues.

The ceiling liner in the cabin is drooping in a couple spots, I had planned to replace it myself this summer.

The closet off the V-berth is fine but I installed motion lights that turn on when the door is opened and was going to install some storage cubbies.

I also planned to install an electric windlass above the anchor locker this summer.

Current windlass works fine but its manual.

I have just removed the previous stove that was gas and did not work.

I had planned to put in an electric range to maximize space and add storage below.

The gimbal setup still exists if youd like to put another gas stove inside.

Thats it, everything else on the ship is brand new.

Id love to buy it but I dont live in Long Beach.
